Are you trying to improve your organisation’s M&E system? Are you advising your partner organisations in developing more effective and participatory M&E practice? This course provides those with some prior experience and practice of monitoring and evaluation with an opportunity to delve deeper into M&E tools and methodologies and its relation with programme theory of change and impact assessment.
The course will be participatory and practical, with the opportunity to learn from INTRAC’s experienced trainers, share your own experiences and hear from others, and debate current trends in M&E practice. At the end of the training you will take away practical ideas for addressing the M&E challenges that you are facing and improving your own and others’ M&E practice.
Course format and cost
This course has two parts: a 4 day face-to-face course in Lao PDR and a 50 minute one-to-one coaching session after the course (either face-to-face or via Skype) with one of the course trainers, focusing specifically on your needs. The aim of the coaching session is to support you to apply the learning from the training and work through any challenges that you are facing with a highly experienced practitioner. The available dates and times for coaching will be provided by the trainers in advance of the course. Coaching terms and conditions will be provided upon application.
